3D Artist

This position will be responsible for producing 3D content for video games.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible producing triple A quality models and textures for 3D video games.
  • Must be an effective listener, able to resolve problems, empathic and decisive
  • Must take advantage of new technology features
  • Must participate in game play test sessions
  • Position reports to World Lead Artist and Art Director.

Abilities:

  • Must have strong modeling and texture skills.
  • Must be able to take responsibility for decisions and actions
  • Proven Oral & Written Communications Skills
  • Proven Organizational and Analytical skills

Superior Knowledge:

  • Photoshop
  • MAYA, or 3DSMax

Functional Knowledge:

  • Outlook
  • Word
  • Excel
  • Version Control Software

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have strong understanding of video game development and implementation
  • Must have an art degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have a working knowledge of Massively Multiplayer Games
  • Must have strong people skills
  • Must be willing to relocate to Denver, CO area for full-time employment
