We are looking for a Senior Social Game Designer to lead our efforts on multiple game projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts on an online game project
- Optimize game systems for social experience and ease of use
- Keep up to date with the fast-paced social gaming industry
- Develop strategies that collect useful and actionable data metrics
- Analyze live data to improve existing games
- Mentor and direct other social game designers on staff
- Give and receive detailed, constructive criticism
Required Qualities
- Solid track record of professional game design experience (3+ years)
- Knowledgeable and passionate about game design and card games
Pluses
- UI/UX experience
- Strong writing skills
- Strong math and logic skills
- Scripting or other technical skills
