We are looking for an prolific, versatile Illustrator who has a broad range of styles and is used to a high volume production environment. The person in this position will be expected to produce high quality art at a regular pace, and adjust to the artistic requirements of the particular project.
Must be willing to relocate to Denver, CO area for full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Produce 15-20 high quality illustrations a month
- When not in full production, provide quick turnaround concept images
- Provide accurate timelines for art production to project managers
Required Qualities
- Strong understanding of the principals and elements that govern good art
- Must be able to produce professional level illustrations in Photoshop
- Ability to work within and improve upon an established style
- Deep understanding of human and creature anatomy
- Healthy work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines
- A passion for games
Pluses
- 2+ credited projects as a Concept Artist or Illustrator or 3+ years equivalent experience
- Experience creating illustrations for trading card games
- Traditional illustration and art experience
- General skills in other game art disciplines: UI, 3D Modeling, FX, 2D and/or 3D Animation
