Our Denver Studio is the developer of Legends of Norrath™, Star Wars Galaxies™ Trading Card Game, Free Realms Trading Card Game, Match Attax LIVE and more. There are paid full-time positions (approximately 10 weeks in length) that provide invaluable real-work experience and offer students an opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, as well as make tremendous networks for future career opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Produce 3D models based on concept art and art direction for use in real-time 3D environment.
- Process art assets for in game use both 3D and 2D.
- Work with Art Director and other art staff to produce 2D concept art and illustrations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Fantasy and Sic-fi content and visual traditions of both.
- Passion for video games and table top game.
EXPERIENCE
- Applicant must have a solid understanding of Maya and Photoshop. (experience with Z-brush, Flash and illustrator are also desirable)
- Applicant must have a solid portfolio showing both traditional and digital samples.
- Applicant should have a mature professional attitude toward work and must be receptive feedback and timely in implanting the feedback to their work.
EDUCATION
- Must be a full-time student enrolled in an accredited college/university or trade school pursing a BA, BS, MA or certification
- 3D Arts and Animation or Digital Arts Emphasis.
