This position will be responsible for producing high-poly 3D content for pre-rendered video games and managing art assets from an outsourcing company.
Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for producing triple A quality models and textures for pre-rendered video games
  • Must be willing to work with out-sourced assets in order to keep them consistent with the in-house quality
  • Must be an effective listener, able to resolve problems, empathic and decisive
  • Must take advantage of new technology features
  • Must participate in game play test sessions
  • Position reports to Art Director
  • Must have strong low and high-poly modeling and texture skills
  • Must be able to take responsibility for decisions and actions
  • Proven oral & written communications skills
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills
Superior Knowledge:
  • 3D Studio Max or Maya
  • Zbrush or Mudbox
  • Photoshop
Functional Knowledge:
  • Outlook
  • Word
  • Excel
  • Perforce
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have strong understanding of video game development and implementation
  • Must have an art degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have a working knowledge of Massively Multiplayer Games
  • Must have strong people skills
  • Must be willing to relocate to Denver, CO area for full-time employment
