JOB ALERT!!! Graphic Designer with Working knowledge of video and 3D Animation

Customer Solutions Group, LLC is looking for a cutting edge creative for the role of Interactive Graphic Designer. This creative and detailed individual will assist in designing online and offline creative pieces. Candidates should have an advanced familiarity with each facet of the design process, including visual design, brand recognition, interaction design, information architecture, and usability. Additionally, the Interactive Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director, marketing department, sales, and developers to visually and creatively take product ideas to concept. Develop creative vision and overall look and feel for projects based on design objectives, functional specs, and an iterative feedback process. Maintain graphic standards and corporate branding throughout the creative pieces. Create quality mock ups and prototypes on tight timelines. Visually integrate and enhance the architecture, UI, and navigation outlined by Creative Director and Marketing.

Expert Knowledge of design software and authoring tools such as: Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and ActionScript, HTML/CSS, Dreamweaver.

Any knowledge of Microsoft Expression Suite a big plus.

General and Daily Responsibilities:
•Partner with Creative director to concept and design innovative user experiences that are beyond what is expected or normal
•Bring interfaces to life via HTML, Javascript, Flash, as well as Expression Blend
•Develop proof of concept/prototypes
•Explore and test the boundaries of what is possible with Flash and other applications
•As needed, learn new applications or software such as jQuery, Papervision, Expression Blend
•Present work, provide design rationale, and defend work in creative reviews or meetings
•Assist with the development of new business presentations
•Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, account managers and other studio staff
•Stay abreast on software, technology and interactive marketing trends
•Keep current on new technologies that push the limits of what you can do creatively
•Perform duties as assigned by Creative Director.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications Required:
•Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator
•Working knowledge of Actionscript and Flash
•Working knowledge of InDesign
•Working knowledge of video and 3D Animation
•Working knowledge of HTML Programming
•Working knowledge of XML
•Working knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
