Job Alert!!! Integrated Producer (3D / CG Production) Boulder, CO

Crispin Porter + Bogusky is seeking highly knowledgeable and innovative integrated producers, with a 3D / CG production focus, who know how make it happen. People who are driven to create and manage best-in-industry 3D / CG content and are passionate about the space from broadcast to web to gaming to film. This person must also be creative, solutions-driven and organized to make sure high quality work is delivered on time in an extremely fast-paced environment. Industry expertise at a recognized production house as must.

Key tasks / requirements include the following:
• Project planning / management (goals, budget, schedule, and scope)
• Experience bringing 3D / CG projects to fruition in broadcast, film and/or gaming
• Understanding of all technical aspects of 3D and what it takes to produce work across various platforms (OSX, Wintel, Linux) and through various software apps (Maya, Max, SoftImage XSI, Shake, etc.)
• Needs solid knowledge of the workflow in a 3D pipeline. Understanding the critical phases of approval during production and being thoroughly familiar with what’s involved in each phase of a project. This entails the pre-vis/modeling, shading/texturing, lighting, rendering and compositing phases of production
• Needs a solid command and understanding of 3D language to fluently interface between art directors, vendors and the client. Explaining situations/scenarios and knowing when to step in and mediate between these departments with unique needs to make sure all parties are on the same page and their needs are being met
• Ability to act as liaison between Account Management, Creative, and the Interactive development team to complete projects and provide an information conduit which improves communication, organization and accountability across the departments
• The more familiarity with Maya, the better.

Mid-Level to Senior Level positions available (3-10 years of required experience). Senior Level people should be capable of leading large-scale 3D projects on national accounts and should be award-recognized. All levels should expect to juggle multiple projects and clients, and should have a desire to create the 3D / CG experiences in the world. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
